The AWA and AIPIA Smart Labeling Seminar 2024 is approaching fast. This event will provide a wide-ranging agenda, combined with networking opportunities and market insights across the smart labeling value chain.

Taking place on September 8-9, 2024, at Hyatt Rosemont venue just before the commencement of the co-located Labelexpo Americas, this seminar will be one of the three concurrent sessions on specialist topics made possible by a collaboration between AWA, TLMI, and AIPIA:

  • AWA Label Release Liner Seminar
  • AWA & TLMI printTHINK Seminar
  • AWA & AIPIA Smart Labeling Seminar

The comprehensive program of the AWA & AIPIA Smart Labeling Seminar 2024 seminar will feature keynote presentations and panel discussions addressing digital transformation, smart technology advancements, diecutting, and empowerment of consumer packaged goods. A roundtable discussion with industry and technology leaders will take place to address the future of smart and intelligent labeling. Another panel discussion will cover the challenges of implementation and optimization of smart and RFID labels.

The three concurrent seminars will provide a comprehensive program on labeling, release liners, print, and smart technology, making it the ideal start to Labelexpo week. Suppliers, converters, brand owners, and other stakeholders will find the series the perfect platform to discover, network, discuss emerging trends and prepare for the road ahead.

Sponsors and thought leaders of the Smart Labeling Seminar include Avery Dennison, Beontag, Checkpoint, Digimarc, Experience is Everything, GS1, BL.INK, Maxcess, Systech, and more. Between them they cover a range of technologies and solutions that are carrying the smart labeling sector forward. This is an opportunity to tap into their knowledge in one place.

The Welcome Reception on September 8th will feature a networking opportunity over refreshments and snacks, including a special keynote presentation by Craig Miller, president MCC, and introductions by Andy Thomas-Emans, strategic director, Tarsus Labels, Packaging and Brand Print Group, and other host organizations.
